Having problems using our postcard service? Help is not far away!! Choose your topic and follow the advice given for that topic!

How much does it cost to send a card?
Nothing! The cards are absolutely free for you to send to as many people as you choose! The only thing we would ask in return is to let a few of your friends know about our service!

How do I send a card?
To send a card, first go to this page: http://www.dreamerheart.com. Choose a category from the list. Then choose a topic. You'll then see cards matching your topic. Once you've chosen your card, click the "radio button" link underneath the picture. You will be taken to a page to view the actual size of the card. If that is the card you would like to send then completely fill out the form on the same page. When you are done, click "contine creating your card" to make sure everything looks right and the e-mail addresses are correct. If everything is correct click send. If not click the back button on your browser -- make the changes and then send your card! *Special Note: You will receive an e-mail letting you know when the card was picked up!

How do I pick up a card?
When you receive a card you will automatically be sent an email confirmation. Your confirmation will also contain a link to go directly to your card. If you are unable to access your card by clicking on the link, please cut and paste the full URL into your browser's location bar.

It's says "no card found."
If your card is over 14 days old it has been deleted from our database. Due to the overwhelming number of cards sent daily we need to do this as to not slow down our server. If your card is less than two week old and you are getting the "no card found" error page.
